Compete in the Z-A Royale when night falls—or battle with other players in the Z-A Battle Club You’re invited to join the Z-A Royale, a competition for Pokémon Trainers to test their skills and determine who’s strongest. Each night, a battle zone for the competition will appear. Prepare yourself by spending the day catching and training Pokémon, then venture into the battle zone to take on other Trainers. Be strategic and complete bonus card challenges as you battle to speed up your climb from Rank Z to Rank A. Reach the top, and you might just have a wish granted. Por primera vez en la serie de juegos de rol de Pokémon, los Entrenadores y sus Pokémon podrán moverse en combates en tiempo real y tu Pokémon realizará sus movimientos cuando tú se lo indiques. Cambiar estratégicamente a tu Pokémon y tomar en cuenta cuándo y dónde ocurrirá cada movimiento será de gran importancia en este nuevo estilo de combate.
¡Emplea el poder de la megaevolución! Desata la energía oculta de tu Pokémon para transformar su apariencia temporalmente, mejorar considerablemente sus habilidades y tal vez cambiar su tipo. Usa este poder con ingenio e intenta superar los desafíos más complicados, como aquellos que se generan por las megaevoluciones descontroladas que están ocurriendo en Ciudad Luminalia. Investiga estos peligrosos incidentes y encuentra la manera de ponerles fin... ¡Incluso podrías encontrar nuevos Pokémon megaevolucionados en tu camino!
Al caer la noche compite en los Juegos Z-A o enfréntate a otros jugadores en el Club Z-A
Te han invitado a participar en los Juegos Z-A, una competencia donde los Entrenadores Pokémon ponen a prueba sus habilidades para determinar quién es el mejor. Cada noche aparecerá una zona de combate para la competencia. Prepárate para ella al pasar el día atrapando y entrenando Pokémon, y después dirígete a la zona de combate para enfrentarte a otros Entrenadores. Planea tu estrategia y completa las condiciones de las tarjetas de bonus mientras combates para acelerar tu ascenso del rango Z al rango A. Llega a la cima y tal vez se te concederá un deseo.
Además, en el Club Z-A podrás poner a prueba tus habilidades contra las de tus amigos o Entrenadores de todo el mundo. ¡Enfréntate en frenéticos combates en tiempo real con hasta tres Entrenadores a la vez en el modo local* o en línea**!

Cuenta Principal: Puedes disfrutar el contenido del juego desde cualquier usuario asociado a tu consola o desde tu usuario personal. Los progresos y trofeos quedaran guardados en tu cuenta personal. Puedes jugar con o sin conexion a Internet. Si quieres jugar online debes tener PS Plus en alguna cuenta de tu consola que sea principal tambien.
En cambio, con cuenta secundaria el juego estara disponible solo en el perfil nuevo creado para el proceso y estando conectado a Internet. Tambien podras disfrutar el modo online pero solo en el perfil nuevo que te damos.
